The data we collect

Why we use it

Contact form data is used solely to answer your request and to follow up on our exchanges: the legal basis is your consent, together with TYV’s legitimate interest in responding to prospects and clients. The email address you give for the newsletter is used solely to send you our news, offers and invitations: the legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Technical browsing data rests on TYV’s legitimate interest in securing and improving its website.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the form: three years from our last exchange with you. Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after the last contact. The host’s technical logs: twelve months at most.

Who has access to it

Your data is intended for TYV alone. It is never sold, rented or exchanged. It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our behalf, and only as far as their task requires: our host Hostinger, which hosts the site and its database within the European Union, and our email delivery provider. It may be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site running and the forms secure: they do not require your consent. Audience-measurement cookies, used to understand how the site is visited, are only set once you accept through the banner shown on your first visit. Your rights
